Getting Started is Easy

First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Okie CrossFit. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be in shape to join? No. Regardless where you are on your fitness journey, we will meet you there and get you better every day.
  • What kind of results can I expect? We've helped 2 people lose over 200 pounds, 17 people lose over 100 pounds, and over 200 people lose over 50 pounds.  Whether your goal is to lose weight or pack on muscle, we will help you get there.
  • How often should I come? Most of our members come 4-6 times a week.
  • What membership plan is right for me? We only offer unlimited memberships.  2 and 3 day week memberships don't provide enough change for 99% of people.  We're here to help you make a change, not just take your money.

Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if Okie CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
