If you walk through our door with an open mind and with the intent to make yourself more physically fit, we will do everything in our power to not only make your stronger and healthier, but to make you all around more fit for life.
Okie Sweat does NOT require any participation in our Fundamentals program or any prior CrossFit experience. You can join at any time. The classes are roughly 40-50 minutes in length and are accommodating to those who have a great fitness level as well those who are just getting started. No barbells or complex movements are used in these classes, but rather use a variety of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, bikes, rowers, jump ropes, etc.
