Gymnastics Warm Up:
3 Rounds
30 Second Banded Lat Stretch (each Side)
20 second Bottom Of Dip Hold
30 Second Hollow Hold

Handstand Progression:
10 minute practice
10 Second Tripod Headstand + Forward Roll
20 Wall Taps facing wall (alternate picking your feet off the wall)
5 bottoms up kipping handstand push up (start in the bottom of your HSPU and kip up)

WOD:
AMRAP- 6 Minutes
Run 400m
Then
25ft Handstand Walk
10 Push Press

Rest 3 minutes x3

Scaled: bear crawl – 95/65
Masters: 115/80
RX: 115/80

Intent: Challenge yourself with the push press
