Gymnastics Warm Up:
3 Rounds
30 Second Banded Lat Stretch (each Side)
15 band pull aparts
10 Scap Push Ups
20 Active Hang

Handstand Progression:
10 minute practice
10 Second Tripod Headstand + Forward Roll
20 Wall Taps facing wall (alternate picking your feet off the wall)
5 bottoms up kipping handstand push up (start in the bottom of your HSPU and kip up)

AMRAP- 12 Minutes
20 Cal Bike or 200M Run
5 Pull Up
10 push Up
15 Air Squats

Rest 6 minutes x2
