5 pvc pass throughs
5 pvc OHS
20 sec crab bridge
20 sec plank

Then 3 sets of 5 with an empty barbell:

behind the neck presses snatch width
snatch balance

WOD

10 pistols -alternate legs
10 toes-to-bar
40′ bear crawl
40 double unders
