Gymnastics Warm Up:

5 walking inch worms
8 Goblet Squat
8 Sumo deadlift high Pull

Central Nervous System Prep:
2 rounds – with an empty barbell
5 Front Squat
5 Behind the neck push press
5 Bent Over Barbell Row

WOD:
EMOM: 24 – Hustle up and get your weights ready. All Front Squats come from the floor.
1: 8 Front Squats
2: 8 Push Up
3: 6 Front Squats (increase weight)
4: 50 Double Unders
5: 4 Front Squats (increase weight)

Body: 8 goblet squats – 30 Jumping Jacks
Scaled: 50 Singles or Dub Attempts
