WHAT MAKES OKIE CROSSFIT DIFFERENT?

If you walk through our door with an open mind and with the intent to make yourself more physically fit, we will do everything in our power to not only make your stronger and healthier, but to make you all around more fit for life.

Our primary focus will be to use our programming to make (and keep!) you healthy without EVER putting you at risk for injury. However, you will find, as many of our other members have, that what we teach at Okie CrossFit will do more than just improve how much weight you can lift or how high you can jump. Possible other side effects will be better sleep, improved overall nutrition, improved self-confidence, better mirror selfies, expanded social circles, and a better understanding of yourself and what you are made of. What interests us is helping you to be your best you and we believe what we teach can guide you on your journey to uncover and realize your true potential.

Our 2 Locations in downtown Tulsa and Tahlequah are led by 9 incredible coaches, are over 8,000 square feet each, have showers and locker rooms, house state of the art equipment, and every day is filled with the most incredible, hard working, and dare we say loving members that any facility could ask for. Okie CrossFit was founded by Jake Crandall in 2013. At Okie CrossFit we take fitness very seriously and have a lot of fun in doing so. We train everyone from soccer moms, to endurance racers, to high-level elite CrossFitters. Our main focus is on function and human performance. We view intensity and intelligent programming as the key components of our fitness program. Our training is based on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

For us, feeding the body the proper balance of food is critical for performance. We help our members pursue elite fitness and develop to their maximal potential. We strive to challenge our members to improve their quality of life and enhance their fitness levels through the pursuit of health and wellness.
